about me
My purpose as a nature conservation photographer is to create greater awareness and commitment towards the care of nature and wildlife.
To generate a change in society that inspires it to act for the benefit of ecosystems, I developed an educational project aimed at providing experiences of strong connections with nature. This project consists of teaching how to photograph wildlife in its natural habitat and in complete freedom during different photographic safaris.
In LA CÁMARA EXPLORA's photographic safaris, responsible ecotourism plays a very important role, as mass tourism is undoubtedly terribly harmful to nature and wildlife. It is for this reason that the number of participants of the safaris is limited, as too many people photographing the same animal could overwhelm it. We don't manipulate the fauna at any point, we don't touch them, we don't call them, and we don't attract them to photograph them. We try to go unnoticed so that we can document its behaviour without the influence of our presence.
I know that life as a wildlife photographer is not easy and especially for those women who are also mothers. That is why I decided to carry out photographic safaris aimed at all women in the world so that in addition to learning to photograph wildlife in a simple, respectful, and fun way, they also meet other women with the same passion as theirs, thus building a valuable group of mutual empathy.
I also contribute to organizations related to the care of the environment and the conservation of the different species in danger of extinction, providing photographic and video material that helps protect them.
